Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PropEdge is a sports betting analytics platform. We provide odds comparison, expected value calculations, line movement tracking, and statistical projections. PropEdge does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. We are an information and analytics tool only.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use PropEdge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account or use another person's account.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method at each billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations.

If payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data
• Share account access with unauthorized third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls

All content, algorithms, data models, and visual designs on PropEdge are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

PropEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or projections. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All betting decisions are your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropEdge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time via Settings.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
